I’m no lawyer or legal expert, but I’m pretty sure that it is legal precedent and you can now use “it was a drinking game” as a defense for anything now that Kavanaugh is literally a supreme court justice, and that is what he used.

So when I say “let’s demolish the supreme court with bulldozers,” you all know that I am referring to the drinking game that we all play that is very popular.
