okay but why are we ignoring the fact that Annabeth and Percy were basically best friends in the pre dating era? like Annabeth canonically sent photos of her trips to Percy via email and they kept in touch throughout the school year. 

Give me iris messaging at 9 pm because geometry is literally murdering percy. Give me 13 year old Annabeth iris mssging percy b/c she’s bored. Give me all those Guinea pig jokes and Percy getting all mad. Give me Percy talking to Annabeth about this new Paul guy and Annabeth reassuring him. Give me Annabeth ranting about her step mom and then her ranting about another monument she visited. Give me Percy and Annabeth making stupid jokes and jokingly mocking each other. Give me Annabeth completely destroying Percy in video games and Percy’s ego being all stabbed. Give me random iris mssgs throughout the school year about anything and everything.
