They killed off other characters relax. The show is more than just sexuality.

Listen I’m not even a shipper. Klance means NOTHING to me but the crew behind the show hyped up “we got you guys a Gay!” at SDCC and then killed said gay with little screen time. That is literally queer baiting.

Representation is worth a lot more than people realize. You don’t even know how stoked I was when Todd was confirmed Ace in Bojack Horseman and I wasn’t even suspecting that at all because every character interaction people make a big deal out of as “romantic” is never seen that way by me. I NEVER expected a series to just make an Ace character and portray the confusion and sense of dread around sexual situations that I went through. Hell I didn’t know asexual was a THING until I was 22! If you don’t get why “Bury your gays” trope is bad then maybe you should consider if every character who represented you in some manner ended up dead for a minute.
