10-year-old Filipino American boy just broke Olympian Michael Phelps’ swimming record

As reported by Gulf News, 10-year-old Clark Kent Apuada has beaten Michael Phelps’ record in the 100-meter butterfly.

The fifth grade Filipino American swam the 100-meter butterfly in just 1:09:38. Phelps set the record at the same competition in 1995 with a time of 1:10:48.
