Rosalind Franklin, whose work first uncovered the structure of DNA, was born on this day in 1920.
Highly highly recommend the book “Rosalind Franklin: The Dark Lady Of DNA” it’s a biography and details Wilkins, Watson, and Crick’s theft of her work. She is one of my scientific heroes and I wish more people knew about her.
