I know this! It’s actually not a sexual reference. It‘s a piloting term for when the spherical ends of the throttle levers were pushed all the way forward so that the “balls” touch the wall, for maximum acceleration:

So it’s interchangeable with “full-throttle” and means you’re going all-out and giving something everything you can.

But yes, it does sound like some kind of weird sex thing.
