Name as many makeup products/terms as you can! :D what do you think is the hardest part in applying makeup? Eyes, lips etc.? (other than unfair societal standards)

Oh god okay I’m doing products as, like, items so.

-compact mirror
-concealer
-lip gloss
-lip stick
-chapstick
-cotton balls
-mascara
-eyeliner
-highlights

I’m guessing the hardest part in general would be the eyes because I could not under any circumstance put a stick that close to my eye willingly.

And the problem with societal standards is that women are seen as lazy if they don’t wear makeup and vain if they do. I really shouldn’t have an opinion on this, since I don’t use it, but mine is this:
Fuck whoever is leaping to conclusions about you, do what you’re comfortable with. Just a little? Great! None at all? Amazing too. It takes you an hour? As long as it’s how you want to look

In a separate aside, I’m really in favour of movie studios and such just. Not having makeup departments? Like if you want to be natural, just have the actor/actress do their own morning routine. Of course send them to the department if they don’t know how to or the character is weird about it, but if it’s something like them waking up, you don’t have to be sent from hair and makeup to remove blemishes especially.
